Had a great experience working with this company. They provided great service at a terrific cost. Fred, Jeff and Abel were all very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job and they did it very efficiently. I really appreciated that they kept the area clean and protected surrounding surfaces. I would definitely use Stephen’s again.

Fast, same-day service, even though I called about a heating unit problem during a holiday week. Technician Poncho was immediately familiar with my central heating unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found a replacement for a bad circuit board, and installed it. He did a thorough check before leaving. All in all - fast, inexpensive, and top quality! Kudos to Stephen’s and special kudos to Poncho for his work!

When we unexpectedly needed a new furnace, and the entire heating system replaced, we got an estimate from Stephens. We received a detailed estimate that clearly outlined everything that was needed and work was able to begin the next day. Freddy and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up the house and were very respectful of the property. We are very happy with the work and will be using them for future heating or plumbing needs.

Excellent response time. There was no service fee to show up. Oscar the technician for HVAC was very professional, he educated me on the reason for my furnace/thermometer outage. He arrived promptly, had excellent communication skills. I plan to continue to use Stephens Plumbing for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I also learned my HVAC was likely under warranty for parts but luckily it only required Oscar to reset several switches and to recommend a filter change. I also found out my filter that was in the unit was undersized by 1 inch. He wrote the correct dimension down.
